Krutika Desai was born on 23 February 1968 in Mumbai, India. She belongs from a Hindu family and got her primary education from Swami Vivekanand International School in Mumbai. After that, she graduates with a diploma in aviation and graduation in travel and tourism. Apart from that Krutika used to work as a JRE in the Taj Hotel.
After that, she made her First Debut film and Serial career in the Film: Insaaf (1987) TV: Dekh Bhai Dekh (1993).
Later She has done many popular roles in Indian soap operas, most notably Ram Milaayi Jodi, and also Uttaran, etc. In 2015, she has been played the role of Shanti Devi in the Famous Star Plus serial Mere Angne Mein.
