Kalyani Priyadarshan was born in a house of Director and actors, on 5th April 1993, her Father Priyadarshan is a well known Director, script writer, producer, her mother Lissy Lakshmi was also an South Indian Actress, mostly worked on Malayalam, some acted on Tamil 7 Telugu as well.
She have a younger brother Siddhart, in 2014 when she was 21 years old her parents divorced, that was a big shock onto her life.
Education
She did her schooling in Chennai in Lady Andal school, Chennai, later she went to Singapore for studies, where she continued her studies also worked in theatre groups. After that, she continued her bachelor’s degree from New York in architecture designing at Parsons School of Design, New York.

After Returning from New York to India, she started focusing on her career and first she take a part in a acting workshop with Adishakti Studios, In 2013 her got her first big assignment in Architecture Designing for film krish 3 as an assistant director.
In 2017 she got her first Debut Film Hello with Akhil Akkineni in opposite read role, directer by Vikram K. Kumar formar assistant of Priyadarshan, and Akhil was the producer of that movie, that movie got a good response from audiance and people started knowing her
After her first debut she got her second role after almost 1 years, in 2019 she worked on movie Chitralahari as laheri, and back to back she got many movies and some hits and became a well known south star, and have fans all across the world.

In March 2020, she reveled her relationship with Pranav Mohanlal, it was a very interesting story, Kalyani got a photo of Pranav from Pranav’s sister Vismaya and kalyani shared those pictures with her parents.
