Your choices of selection are reservable such as oak, maple, cherry, and walnut that offers timeless beauty and last a lifetime appeal, making it one of the most popular choices available to homeowners looking for an elegant floor that will last and look great for the lifetime of the home.
Engineered Wood
Engineered wood’s layered construction makes it more stable than solid wood, and the surface veneer is thinner than a solid product. That means you can practically use your nails to sand out nicks and scratches. And because the veneer is a layer of real wood, you can sand, refinish or repair a good number of times.
Laminate Flooring
Laminate flooring is made from composite wood that is pressed together at high temperatures which mimics the look of wood, tile or stone due to a photographic layer beneath a clear protective layer. Laminate is also usually a little more durable than any other flooring. It is very resistant to scratches and does not fade from sunlight which means it is a great floor for pets and children. This may not be good for bathrooms and kitchens because it is a laminate spoiled by standing moisture. The water from your showers and that your sink lets out can and will ruin a laminate floor.
Real Stone Flooring
Real Stone Flooring is typically a luxurious, durable option that is relatively different in appearance and meets the needs of a person thoroughly offering a more luxurious or natural feel and look for a room or space in someone’s home. However, it does come with the idea or task of needing to handle regular up-keeping of it to make it last for your big years to come as it is known to survive.
